speed sensor is out already replaced the one on the transmission. how and where is the one on the rear axle

  I'm no Tech, I'm a Parts Professional. I'm going to give you my opinion but a quick call to your local Dodge Dealership could answer your question.
  I looked at the part and it is about as big around as a quarter. It is about 2 1/2" long with an electrical plug at the top at a 90 degree angle. It should be in the center section of the rear differential probably mounted on top so as not to be damaged by road debris. It attaches with one bolt coming off a bracket on the side of the quarter size diameter shaft.
  I'd get a flashlight and run my hand over the top of the center section. I'd also look for wires going up there. IF it isn't there, I'd call the Dodge Dealer.
  Like I said, I'm a Parts Professional, NOT a Tech and this is the best I can come up with. I hope it helps.
