Question
i ran a charging system test the results were no voltage no load 12.41v loaded 12.41 ive put new alt/ volt reg and its still only 12.41

Answer
Based on the limited information you've given me, I'd have to assume this is an older Dodge Truck, pre-computer controlled. First, I'd need to know what the specified voltage at the Battery should be for your vehicle, and if you have a Factory Shop Manual, it would tell you. Generally, I believe 13.4 is normal for most vehicles. Then, assuming the new Voltage Regulator is good, my next assumption, would be a bad Alternator. An amperage output test mat help confirm that suspicion.
