Automotive/Acura manual transmission

Question
My 95 manual Acura Integra has trouble shifting in and out (especially into) of
gears now (it has 198000 miles). I thought it was the clutch but was told it was
the synchronizers in the tranmission. Is this correct? Can that be repaired or do I
need a new transmission? Can I keep driving by double-clutching?

Answer
I believe the transmission contains ATF as most japanese 5 speeds do, so im afraid its like my own Toyota with 200000 miles which is also hard to shift and rasps 3rd gear all the time so,its a new g/box or a used one.Its way too expensive to rebuild so a good used one costs 300/400$....easy to fit.I would just change the oil and keep going til it dies.
