Car failed inspection due to (Not working) emergency break.
Where is this break located and is it a difficult repair.

It depends upon what is wrong with your Emergency Brake, and your skill level, as to how hard the repair of your Truck's Emergency Brake would be. If you've never undertaken anything more than basic maintenance on your Truck, then I'd recommend you take it to a local Mechanic, as you may find the job more involved than you're prepared for.
