Question
I have a 91 honda civic lx and when the dome light comes on the radio and clock cut off.  The car has had other owners and there is a few cut wires behind the radio.  I was looking for a wiring diagram for this model but havnt been able to find one.  can you help?  Also the car doesnt start.  I believe this is the distributor but i had it rebuilt and it worked for a couple of weeks. I have a brand new starter, spark plugs, and fuelpump and filter.  Can you help with this?

Answer
Best advice is to get the chiltons manual which will tell you all you need to know and has all the wiring diagrams also.Without actually seeing the car and checking all possibilities ,i would be guessing why it wont start. It could be spark or fuel its up to you to determine which. It can also be compression or valve timing, timing belt related ,,really a lot of things.
