Automotive/Horn blows all the time

Question
My daughter bought a 1997 Mitsubishi Marage and the horn blows all the time while the key is on. The SRS light is on does that effect the horn? The fuse for the horn is pulled but we need to get it inspected and it needs a horn. When we got it the seedometer didn't work either but I found that was due to a bad dome light fuse. We need to get it inspected please help if you can

Answer
I would still have the car looked at as the airbag and horn wires are pretty close together. The horn itself is usually under the bumper or behind the plastic wheel guard.Set it off and just listen,to see where it is.
