Automotive/Starting problems

Question
I have a 1995 park avenue that will not start.  It was running and then just would not restart.  I have spark, fuel with good pressure, compression 90psi, checked the timing gear and chain, changed out the coil packs with a good known coil pack.  I am at my wits end.  It has a remote light function center that tells you if all the lights are working.  When I turn the key on they all flash and keep flashing.  Any clues?

Answer
All engines need 3 things to start as you know, spark, compresson and fuel/air mix at the correct time so one is off somewhere.Fuel pressure should be approx 45psi at the rail.Compression is low as it should be 110,,,,,130,,across all cyls.Spark is ok?,,so go look again at the injectors and see if the plugs are getting wet with fuel.Could be your injector relay /fuel regulator or a fuse to the injectors.Make double sure the crank sensor is ok also.Did you try some easy start ?,Spray a small amount into the throttle body as you crank it but only a very small amount. This stuff increases the octane way too high but will be ok to test  so only a small amount and if the engine fires then its your fuel system.Find in your hand book if you have one what the flashing lights mean as i have never seen this. Its probably nothing but check anyway.
