Question I was driving on the road when all of a sudden the rear wiper motor decided to start operating. I couldn't turn it off by the control on the steering wheel. I suspect the relay but would value your opinion. Do you know of a reputable outlet for VW parts.
Answer Here in San Diego there is a good parts store for VW.I am not sure if you need the relay or the wiper switch but you can check both before you buy any parts. The relay is pretty common and cheap at most stores and are nearly all the same.Either Bosch or similar. There are some relays in the VW that are the same so pull one out and check it with the rear wiper. All the relays are under the hood.If you want the address here in SD let me know.
