Question
I HAVE A 1995 HYUNDAI ACCCENT MY BATTERY LIGHT COMES ON AND FLICKERS WHEN I STEP ON THE GAS THE LIGHT SEEMS TO DIM AND WHEN I TURN ON MY RADIO THE LIGHT ON THE ROOF INSIDE DIMS ALL THIS WHILE THE CAR IS RUNNING I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS STARTING THE CAR SO FAR,I AM WONDERING IS IT THE ALTERNATOR.

Answer
Sounds like the charge system. The car will not start eventually. You will need to check the charge with a meter,it should read 12.00,13.00 volts when the car is idling.Anything less and the alternator is faulty. If the rate is ok then have the battery tested. It is more likely the regulator which is built in to these alternators.
