Automotive/car cranks but won't start

Question
I have a 97 Nissan Sentra with about 125,000 miles on it.  The problem is that if the car sits without being used for about a day, and if it's really damp out-side, the car will turn over but won't start.  Eventually I will get it to start but it takes a long time.  It seems fuel starved but I'm not sure.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Answer
Check your rotor and distributor cap.I would basically give it a good tune up,Plugs, wires, cap rotor,,, and look at the distributor itself for oil leaking from the O ring on the cylinder head into the distributor as this is a common fault on these cars. The fact that it does start eventually will mean you are getting fuel but check the fuel pressure anyway at the rail with a pressure tester when the car is running. It should be 45 psi approx.Change your fuel filter as well.
