-----Question-----
I have a 96 Dodge Neon. The car horn does not work.

I cant find the horn under the hood to check the wires. Or could it be something else? Is there picture in some manual to show where the horn is located at?
-----Answer-----
The horn will be either under the bumper ,or under the plastic wheel protector just behind the bumper, sometimes they can be beside the wiper motor on the fire wall at the top..but it is around the front end ,,,,usually.Sorry i dont have a diagram for this.Did you look at the fuse?

Answer
The horn may be on a circuit with some other electrical component such as turn signals, interior light ,radio,,,,fan,,etc.......it must have a fuse because all items are fused.Cig lighter?.maybe try that.....i have found that the horn should be beside the radiator mount and the relay is beside the fuse box,
