Automotive/engine computer chip

Question
I have a 2005 Hyundai Accent 1.6L AT that is getting 20mpg on the highway. I've tried FI cleaners, diferent brands and grades of gasoline, ethanol and non-ethanol based fuels, new air filter, etc. One Hyundai dealers stated that there is nothing that they can do. I was looking for an after-market engine computer chip that increases mpg. Do you have any resource suggestions or any other recommendations?

Answer
Thats not great mileage for a 1.6,,,i have a 2.0 GT and it gets 30 mpg highway mpg.Are you sure theres nothing wrong under the hood?I would get it checked before i go adding any computor chips.Offhand im not sure what the recommended mpg is for this car but i would be surprised if its 20 mpg,,,,,As for where to buy chips i would check on Google for tune up suppliers but really if its that sore on gas i would sell the thing.
