Question About how much would it cost to rebuild an engine for 93 eclipse?
Answer the shop that i use qoutes me 1400,,give or take ,thats with gaskets,all seals and new valves,,,,, ,and they dont remove the engine from the car.if you take out the engine yourself ,you will save a lot of money but rebuilding is expensive and you need to get it done right first time .find a dependable shop or alternatively find a good used engine with low milage,they have them all over because i have bought a few online and they work out ok,,,,,1993 eclipse .is it worth rebuilding or just buy a used motor with maybe 30000,or 40000 miles for less than 1000 dollars,,,,,,,i just bought a V6 chrysler engine for $995,,,,,35000 miles,so youre looking at between 1400,,,to maybe 1700,for a rebuild.thats on your own engine.
