Question
my truck started and I got about two blocks when it died, I got it to crank over and take me about a block, since then I can turn the key, you can hear a little click like it is trying to crank over but wont start. I was told by a guy that the motor is locked up what could cause this, could the starter still be engaged?  Or could I of blown the motor?

Answer
If you have blown the motor it will be siezed and the crank wont turn at all.You will have to try and manually turn the crankshaft. If its free then check the starter motor or solenoid.Do you have a good battery?...You didnt say what year or model of truck you have so let me know what you find.
