Question
hi,
i wonder why french cars (peugeot, renault, citroen) are not so widly used world wide although i think they are very good ?

Answer
Hi Seeker

French cars as with most european cars are high maintenance. Peugeot and Renault have both tried in the past to break into the North American market but just never caught on. There is a status to owning a BMW or Jag that was just never attached to french imports. Other than status symbol cars North Americans want low maintenance vehicles.

Hope this answers your question, Grant
