Automotive/mini relays

Question
I got the relay out.  My car caught on fire and now my headlights run constantly, my tail-lights don't work and my instrument panel doesn't either.  The same with my turn signals and hazards.  I changed the fuses for both and they immediately blew when I tried to use them.  Any advice on a further course of action?

-----Question-----
How can I remove a mini-relay from an 03 Pontiac Grand Am without breaking it?
-----Answer-----
Without breaking it?..Most relays are secured to the body by screws or small bolts. Some are clipped on .What problem are you having taking it off?And which relay are you removing and why?

Answer
All i can suggest is that you take the car to a electrician because it sounds like you have shorted something out. This car is 2003?...Im wondering why or how this all happened. You still havnt said why you removed the mini relay or what the problem was.
