Question
I can't seem to get the big mounting bracket off that is located between the alternator and  AC.  the big one that has a bolt that goes through it and also the  drivers side  of .the water pump.  all else is ready to go

If you are removing the water pump then it has to be removed for access.What is the problem?.Rust?...if its stuck then use lots of WD40,leave it to soak and try to turn it a small bit a t a time in and out so you dont break it off.Alternatively if you have a small blow lamp ,,heat it up for a couple of minutes.
