Question
what's going on here.... I have a 1986 winnebago and the signal lights work all around.  when I turn on the hazards they all light dash included but do not flash?  Also is there a book that you know of like a chilton or hayes made for winnebago?  thanks.

  When I signed up for this group, I put in my description that I'm a Parts Specialist, NOT a tech but I also vowed to try to help anyone I can. While your question is WAY out of my realm of expertise, I will offer you these thoughts. I hope that is good enough.
  On American CARS, there are traditionally 2 flashers, one for the turn signals and one for the emergency flashers. It sounds like you need a flasher for the emergency flashers. Where it is located, I don't have a clue, I'm sorry. I don't think the fix for your motorhome will be that difficult or expensive. Have you looked at the Winnebago web site (if there is one)?
  As far as Chilton or Haynes goes, I'm not privy to anything they have for Winnebago but again, you might check the Internet for web sites.
  In closing, I have had good luck with local RV dealers in finding parts for other RVs. You might look in your local Yellow Pages under RVs to see if there isn't a dealership close to you that may be able to help.
