95 eagle talon non-turbo 2.0. NO start condition. No spark at coil, no fuel at rail or injectors not firing, relays checked out ok, fuses good, connections good, tank half full, plugs filed and regapped (heavily carbon fouled, Rich) Oil was down quart and one half (added and full) Fuel pump has power and can't hear prime unless cranking engine after turning key back from start to run can also hear slight bubbling thru tank gas filler at same time, codes: 12,55 flash on dash after every cranking session, Code reader obdII found no codes at same time, cleared codes, cleaned throttle body, checked air filter. What is the problem? 1-Crank sensor (has voltage at sensor, didn't back probe for output from it) or 2-cam sensor? (Would that also shut down spark and gas) or 3-Computer faulty? (Showing codes and no codes at same time) or 4-idle air control valve (code displaying on dash) or 5-Mass air flow sensor (other code displaying) or 6-clogged fuel filter (but wudnt xpln nosprk) 7-OTHER SUGGESTIONS

Answer
If youre getting codes and no codes then there  is a problem with the computor.This car is OBD1 if it flashes on the dash.The computor controls the spark,injectors and timing for this car so i would find a used one and try it.These cars were recalled for PCM problems when new,such as this one.
