Question What qualities does a person need to have to become a pilot long term

I'd say they should be: a multi-tasker, a good communicator, calm under pressure, confident (not arrogant), a leader, and have solid decision making skills. Of course in addition to all that they would also be a technically proficient and skilled aviator.
