Dear Sir,
I have licenses ppl.cpl.ir and I want to join Emirates Airlines. I have no jet experience. Do you know if they accept that or do you know any other airlines where I can join them ?

That depends from a lot of factors, like how many total hourse you have, how much time you have in multi-engine airplanes. Have you ever fly in 2 pilot cocpit environment or have you ever fly for smaller charter company.....But in nutshell you have to have specific number of hours to qualify for any particular airline, total hours, multi-engine hours, and so on. But you do not have to have jet experience to join an airline as an FO (first officer).
That again depends from airline to airline and their own requirements.
