Question
If you are on left base. and you see an aircraft on final.who has the right of way?

Answer
Hi Steve,

If you are on left base, in an engine-driven aircraft, are not towing or refueling other aircraft, and are not in distress, the following rule would apply-

FAR 91.133 (g) "Aircraft on final approach have the right-of-way over other aircraft in flight or operating on the surface."

So, the aircraft on final has the right-of-way.
