According to the aviation rules, laws & regulations, Are Private owned airplanes, helicopters allowed to land on international or domestic airports ?.

Special cases for private aircraft emergency landing on international and domestic airports can be considered as clauses in aviation laws ?.

Hi Prashant -

Yes, private aircraft can land at your larger airports.  What often discourages this are high landing fees, the traffic, and the fact that there are often small airfields not too far away.  I have seen Cessnas using KPHL (Philadelphia International Airport) with my own eyes, and even the busiest airports like New York's JFK and Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson do have GA aircraft based there.  It pretty much comes down to airlines getting priority.
