Question
hello sir,
thank you for your time and answer, it has helped me out very much
but i just have 1 more question if u don't mind me asking,
since the white strobes and the red beacon are anti collision lights, is it neccesary to use both of them at the same time? and which one is better for daytime the strobes or beacons? which one could another airplane in the sky see in the daytime better?

Answer
Hi Mike,
The red anti collision lights are used at all times. Especially inportant on the apron of the airport as it allows the ground handling to see when it is safe or not safe to approach the aircraft. Also to make itself known to other aircraft. The white strobes are mostly used at night or murky conditions as these are highly visible in the air.

Hope this helps.
Regards
PR
