Question
If you were told to approach ILS, do the hdg and crs match?

If ATC says make a right traffic 6R what do they mean

What does redial mean

If told by ATC to fly 180 and see traffic in front of you what should you do

What is flair

If told by atc ti fly direct to a VOR what do they mean

Can you fly a radial to or from NBD

What does agl mean

If you were told to apporach to a back course ILS do hdg and crs match

Why is barometric presure so important

If you were flying IFR on ILS final for runway and 5 miles away and ILS what would you do

If you were to by atc to position and hold what would you do

Answer
WOW ok one at a time!
An ILS (instrument landing system) is done using it's own freg. which has a localizer (course guidance) and a Glideslope (precision glidepath info) so yes they match.

6R is a runway designator where there are 2 runways parallel one Left and another Right both numbered 6 Meaning they aprox 060 degrees, if told to approach runway6R then he is saying align yourself to runway 6R

When being told to fly direct to a VOR it usually comes as EX: Cessna 123 present position cleared direct to abc VOR this means from where you are now proceed direct to the cleared VOR without delay..a straight course

NDB's the correct term is bearing...same as a radial there are 360 of them....fly the 360 bearing TO the station or FROM the station.

AGL= Above Ground Level

Back Course ILS....no such thing! a back course is a localizer approach and is non precision, it does not have glideslope, to make the course directional, you have to tune the CDI OBS to the front course.

Baro is important because the changes we fly through (pressure) will change the indications of the altimeter therefore keeping us on the correct altitude or height.

ILS 5 miles follow course guidance to the runway

Means position and hold where ever they have instructed you to do that at, most likely the runway...cessna 123 position and hold runway 36 so you would read that clearance back (required) roger cessna 123 position and hold runway 36
