Aviation/Flying/Bigger planes speed slower than smaller ones while landing/take-off

Question
When I see planes take-off or land, huge planes like 747 look like they are kind of floating, or seem like their speed is slow. Whereas smaller plans, 737 and others, their speed looks more. Is this only because of the size or there actually have speed difference?

Answer
The difference you observe is an illusion caused by the size of the airplanes, as you suspected.  Try this experiment: pick two easily visible landmarks, such as a hill and a tower, that airplanes will pass in front of (or behind) while taking off or landing.  Note the time it takes the nose of a 747 to travel from one landmark to the next, then do the same with a smaller airliner.  You will find that they are both traveling at approximately the same speed.
