QuestionHi Ismar, i really had this question which was how could someone get to be a pilot for a company as The British Airways i mean what are the main procedures for anyone to be a pilot?! and what extra things should the one do to become a pilot for a big company?! and if you may,could ya send me your answer on my e-mail(Seif-Salama@hotmail.com)and if anyone has an answer please be kind and send an e-mail with your answer!! thanks

Each company has particular requiremens in number of accumulated flight hours and educational background that you have to meet in order to be put in the hiring pool. Either you are qualified candidate or you are not. All quealified candidates will have all requirements for pilots with that particular airline. I do not know exact requirements fro British Airways, however you can find out from British Airways web site.
Back to the main procedure for becoming an airline pilot: you have to find closest flight school or college and enroll there and start taking classes and getting flight hours, that is the key. You will have to have an Commercial single/multi engine rating with again prox. 1000 flight hours and an college degree in order to be qualified for an airline pilot position.
