Question
what are the reasons for a plane on the air not to move and stand in a constant place
The only reason for an aircraft to remain stationary over a given spot while inflight (stand in a "constant place") is that the headwind it is flying into causes the aircrafts ground speed to be zero. (Providing it is not a VTOL craft like a Harrier of course.)
