Question
I am very interested in gaining more knowledge on detailed desription, function and use of the electrical, navigational systems on todays modern jets like the ERJ's, CRJ's, A320's, B737's, etc.
Please advice.

It would be impossible for me to give you detailed workings on all of these instruments as there is so much to know.
I suggest that you search on the net, or use microsoft flight simulator users guide which gives you quite a good description of the workings of all the different instruments.
