in recovering from unsual attitude what is the
first second and third control sequence

you should look in your flying book for the correct answer.

My actions would be
1. determine what the attitude is. (is the nose high or low, and is the right or left wing low.)
2. If the nose is high, lower the nose first, then level the wings.
   If the nose is low, level the wings first, then raise the nose.
