Answer Hey Ali,
You'll want to get your sinus problem taken care of completely before working towards becoming a commercial pilot. Sinus problems are nothing to mess with in aviation, as commercial pilot's experience many pressure changes (to varying degrees) every day. These pressure changes DO NOT mix well sinus blockages. Perhaps your best solution is to contact an aviation medical examiner to see what they advise.
