Experience I've had spiritual experiences since I was a child. In adulthood, I've practiced and studied various spiritual paths: Native American, Goddess Spirituality, Buddhism, and Yoga in particular. For over 20 years I have been a practicing Wiccan, with a focus on Wicca as a path for spiritual development and enlightenment. At 27, I experienced the Kundalini rising spontaneously during a Wiccan ritual. Since then, I've been learning and developing techniques to align one with Divine Energy.

If you are asking this question, and if you BELIEVE in all these things, I recommend gaining much more practical EXPERIENCE of them before you start teaching. How can you teach what you don't know?
Belief is not knowledge. It's a great start… it shows that you are open to hearing what others have experienced. Now follow it through, and find out for yourself what is TRUE.
You are looking for the easy way out, both in asking me to do your research for you, but even more so in wanting to teach other people rather than teach yourself.
The desire to teach is wonderful… let it lead you where you really need to go.
The one yearning to be taught is yourself.
The one yearning to teach you is your higher/deeper Self.
