Hi i m 19 a boy n still 5'2 for around 5 year and i m bit smaller than my father would my height grow if i use dr.ayureda

You can try out this treatment...
Reosto tab 2 tab twice a day with water.
Ashwagandha choorna 5 gm with milk twice a day.
Walk atleast 10 min daily on your toes.
Do these 5 Yoga Asana regularly-
Paschimoutana asana
Tada asana
Hala asana
Pada hasta asana
Sarvanga asana
After two months let me know the progress.This will definitely fasten ur growth.
