dear sir,

      my age is 23 as my birthday 23-10-1988.my father have height approximately 165 cm and mother have 155 cm and my height 166 cm
      i want to increase my height(if possible my knee length to 4-6 cm)for increasing my height to 170 to 172.i consult with many of the doctors and they all telling that my height growth is finished at the age 20 but one of the Ayurveda doctor prescribed me to take ashwagandha,amla,shathawar powders mix together and take two teaspoons each for morning and night with milk for one year to increase height.but she also giving less chance in my case
     i have a habit of smoking and alcohol on some occasion when iam with my friends.she ask me to stop that also with oily and spicy food.
     i checked your previous answers you suggesting some of medicines with some yoga please clarify that how many times we need to do the yogasanas a day and the foods and other things i want to avoid.
     i heard that so many medicines for this height increase having side effects.please clarify that too
     i heard one more thing that masturbation reduce the vital fluid in our body which affect height negatively,is it true?,because frankly saying, i started the activity at the age of 12.and am doing that now also in a regular manner
     please clarify my doubts.and prescribe the medicines as soon as possible

Dear Sree,
To be very frank,at this age chances are NO.
But there is no harm in trying.

Yoga to be done twice a day before food.
You simply have to avoid sour,stale and fast foods.
Yes no doubt masturbation excessively before the age of 18 is very harmful for the proper body growth.
You can take the medicines which you have read in my previous answers if you want to give a try.
