Question
I am a male, 48 years old and suffer from VERY sweaty hands AND feet which drip sweat for no reason, in both winter and summer. The rest of the body does NOT over-sweat.

While commonly dismissed as 'nervousness', it is not the case because I am confident person but have suffered this from childhood.

I know that this condition is called Hyperhidrosis and is caused by an overactive sympathetic nervous system. Do any of you know of a Ayurvedic remedy for this condition?

Best Regards,

Answer
Dear Naresh ji,

In Ayurveda this condition is caused due to association of Pitha dosha along with some nervous over activity.
You can take following medicine which help in this condition....

Guduchyadi kashyam 15 ml with 60ml of water twice a day before food.
Soothshekhar Rasa (Mukta yukt) 2 tab along with above kashyam.
Yashad bhasma 125 mg with honey just before taking above medicines both the times.

Avoid excessive sour items and tea etc. After one month do let me know the changes.
