Hi Mam, I am 24. my height is 5.6. But my father is 6. But my mom is 5.2. Can I increase my height 2 inches? IF yes then give me full guideline please.
Height depends on factors like genes,hormones etc and is influenced by external factors like diet,exercise etc.Its quiet impossible to increase height at this age.Try doing this:
1.Balanced diet(calcium and vitamin D enriched food)
2.Proper 7-8hrs of sleep(night)
3.Stretching exercises,swimming and skipping.
There is a formula to check your maximum height.
Your father's height = F cm (inches)
Your mother's height = M cm (inches)
Your father's father's height = FF cm (inches)
Your father's mother's height = FM cm (inches)
Your mother's father's height = MF cm (inches)
Your mother's mother's height = MM cm (inches)
With 95% certainty,
Your Maximum Potential Height in cm (inches) = (F + M + FF + FM + MF + MM) / 6 * 1.08 + 8.8 cm (3.5 inches)
