Mam,
      I am 22year old boy. I want to increase my height. Is it possible to increase by taking any supplement.

Dear Rahul

I just replied same question. Read that too. and yes your next question is if it is possible? I wont recommend any type of growth hormones or any over the counter so called herbs. Dont waste your health and money. Instead start stretching exercise, yoga and work on your over all appearance and personality. As i just wrote all tall men are not handsome and its some thing very different which makes us attractive and successful in life. Check apne Sallu mian he is not as tall but see the attitude and body language.
Work on your positive aspects and make your self healthy and successful.
