Ayurveda/Chavanprash

Question
Dear Dr. Dehal,

Dabur Chavanprash is available where I live. I am wondering if it is possible to take too much Chavanprash? The label recommends 1-2 teaspoons twice daily with warm water, milk, or as a jam. I remember that the Dabur Chavanprash sold in Russia has an indication on the label in Russian that taking more than this dose can have a weakening effect. Is this true?

One of the reasons I am asking this question is that I have been having problems with sweet cravings and am considering Chavanprash as a temporary solution - eating something sweet that is good for my body. How much can one eat without it being too much?

Thank you.

Answer
I do not trust Dabur Chyvanprash. Its better to take other chyvanprash.
You can take 20 gm as single dose that too depending on ur appetite.you can take this twice and take food after that when u feel hungryeeans give ample time to digest it properly to have best results.
