Ayurveda/Yogic breathing

Question
Dear Dr. Dehal,
I remember that you have studied Yoga in addition to Ayurveda.
I am wondering how often one can practice the Yoga complete breath:
some sources say to do it only as an exercise for a limited time each day, others seem to say that it can actually become one's usual way of breathing, all day.
Can you bring clarity here?
Thanks in advance and many greetings!
Aaron

Answer
Initially Yoga breathing/Pranayam should be done twice a day empty stomach preferably before sun rise/Brahm muhurta.
later when some one become experienced and used to this then it automatically goes on all the day. That condition is called Siddhi/Siddh.
