Ayurveda/Some food questions

Dear Dr. Dehal,

you mentioned that it is not good to eat a banana alone on an empty stomach in the morning. Is it OK to eat a banana on an empty stomach at other times of the day?

I was also wondering if it is OK to have nuts with kitcheree? Is this food combination OK?

To what extent is it a bad idea to have raw and cooked food together at the same meal?

And a final question for today: is it OK to practice the yoga complete breath directly after a meal, or better not to? I have the feeling that it helps agni to do this.

Thank you in advance for your advice, Dr. Dehal, and wishing you a great day.

Yes you can eat banana on an empty stomach at other times of the day.

No it is not good to take Khichree with nuts. But if you have good digestive fire then there is no harm in it as it has no incompatibility except that Khiree has very easily digestible but nut are difficult to digest.

You can take raw and cooked food together like salad with food. But again condition is you must have good digestive fire.

No it is not advisable to practice Yoga/breathing after food.No it does not help in agni rather it slows down digestion of food.
