Question Hi Doc,
6 months back i had severe irritation above my navel.my gastro doctor did an endoscopy and it resulted in Grade B gerd. so i had erosions in my esophagus. I was treated with esomac 40mg, rekool , pantodac and zinetac at different months and dosages now my erosions are healed after 6 months. i had followed a very strict diet with no pepper or spice and sour food. i have not had proper food for 6 months.because of which i lost 10kgs, coz im not supposed to eat full stomach and also i need to eat bland diet. but the doctor says i can never have normal food , im cooking food separately for myself which is not spicy oily or sour. my doctor says if i need to have spicy food i need to eat esomac 40 mg before eating any spicy food. but i really need an ayurvedic medicine after which i could eat spicy food. or normal foood. im just 29 years. and im feeling really depressed that i cant eat out in any restaurants. please kindly help with some ayurvedic medicine so i could eat normal food. Thanks.
Answer Dear Akash
Eating outside or eating spicy food is also not normal food. Try to understand the normal food. It cant be bland necessarily. To control your symptoms and eat a normal healthy and tasty food is what you require.
Drink more water, dont use tomatoes in food. You can eat normal herbs like cumin, cardamom, cloves or mustard. Dont eat reheated food, dont eat late night heavy food. Have your dinner before 7 pm. Keep stress away. Eat more cooked vegetables and less salads.
Dont eat heavy and junk food. Just take these precautions and do let me know after 2 months. Take avipatikar churn or tab 1 spoon before food and sootshekhar ras 2-2 tab after food.
