Dear Naushad

During initial stages we can reverse the disease but after that it becomes difficult. In your case ican suggest you to have more fibre and take precautions for hard stools. Start triphala gugul 2-2 tabs after food. Apart from this changeri grit application will be helpful. You can also use one spoon morning evening with hot milk. Triphala ghrit also you can apply if nothing else available. use a tight G string type bandage which will stop further prolapse.
I dont know if medicines will be available at your place? Mushika tail etc we use here I am not sure what is available to you.
generally it happens due to weak muscle support of pelvis. so pelvic exercises will be helpful. long sittings and constipations can aggravate the problem.

Health and Peace
