Dear Dr. Dehal,

I would like to ask a question about how to consume milk. As I understand, milk should usually be consumed by itself (prepared in the way recommended by Ayurveda - raw, organic milk boiled for a short time, with spices like ginger and cardamom, and honey). Since it is heavy and takes time to digest, how can milk be well incorporated into a daily meal plan, so as not to interfere with the digestion of other meals?

I would appreciate any advice.

Thank you and have a good evening,

Actually shed be taken within one minutes after milching. But if you want to boil it then only small cardamom is sufficient which make it more digestive. Milk shed not be taken along with food containing salt and sour food items.
Ideally it is to be taken at bed time and once after breakfast or with breakfast is it contains only fruits etc.
