Ayurveda/Dadimadi Ghritam

Dear Dr. Dehal,

The Dadimadi Ghritam I ordered arrived from India yesterday. I took 5 ml this morning with my oatmeal.

I am wondering if it is better, if taken with a meal, to eat it towards the beginning of the meal, or towards the end, or maybe it doesn't matter when?

I am also wondering the length of time to take it, since I ordered just three bottles of the Ghritam from the Kottakkal producer, and if I should take it for a longer time, I think i will need to order more bottles quite soon.

And just wanted to double check the dosage: is it 5ml once per day, or 10 ml once per day?

Thank you again for your help!

Wishing you a good day,

At the start 5 ml of this Ghritam is fine. You can take it alone followed by 2-3 sips of hot water once in a day or you can take it along with meals once in a day.

No need to order it more. 3 bottles are sufficient.
You can increase the dose ie 5 ml twice a day if this does not cause any discomfort to you.
