sir/mam my age is 21 and im suffering from nightfall and natural erection and masturbation since 12 years old and i start using ur medicine for my weakness Chandraprabha Vati, 2 tablets Yauvanamrit Vati, 1-2 tablets shilajeet Rasayan Vati daily with milk and amla juice,ashwagandha,musli churan,medha vati,Chitrakadi vati but after taking 2 days my body getting weaker and weaker no improvement and now i also suffering from loss of appetite,constipation i had no interest in my life n studies it ruin my life n i want to die ,sucidal thoughts always goes around in my mind sir pls help me please or i commit sucide :( wat to do nd wats d dosage of these medicines and gap between them? Thanx

You are taking too many med. This is wrong it will cause weakness as body is already stressed. Some times Doctors want to push too many medicines which is totally wrong.
Eat more vegetables and proteins. You should use more fresh hot soups with ghee or olive oil. Only chanderprabha vati and ashwangandha powder at night is more than enough.
Drink more water and immediately join some yoga or gym classes you will be fine very fast.
