Ayurveda/want weight gain

"hiii Dr.
I am 32 year old , i have one year daughter, my weight is 38 kg only.  I want to gain weight.  please suggest me any medicine in Ayurveda which can give better result for weight gain...

now i have started ashwagadha powder once in a day before going to bed, isn't it could work?? my one year daughter getting breastfeeding in the night, so there is any side effect because of ashwagandha on my baby health? is it safe during lactation?

Namaste Jyoti ji

Its better that you should stop feeding the baby at night. Any kind of med for baby is not good idea. If she is taking time to stop at night then you take ashwagnadha in morning. Stop breast feeding she is already one year so thats good time to stop.
