b. Even though Hank Azaria and Harry Shearer voice a lot of characters on The Simpsons, they have never switched parts. On the earlier episodes, though, some of the voices were changed. For example, Moe was once voiced by Christopher Collins, but was replaced by Hank Azaria.

c. I must admit that I do not know. I haven't found an answer on the internet, either. I guess you'll have to ask him...
