Thank you for coming to me with your question.  i hope i can help you find the answer you are looking for.

There are some dangers involved with CBT, as there are with many forms of play that we engage in.  One solution to this is having a Dominant/Top who is very well-informed, and very observant as to signs that the submissive's body is giving off (that he may not even be aware of himself.)  This is one reason that i feel so safe with my Master -- he knows my body and what it can stand better than i do.  In addition, when a submissive is deep into subspace, he may not be able to recognize that he is in pain or be able to do anything about it.

Orgasm during cock bondage is not necessarily dangerous in itself.  This is not very much different from what a man does during Tantra.  But there are dangers involved in cutting off circulation to any body part, that may lead to gangrene or a need for amputation.  There is also a danger of tearing the skin, or of actually fracturing the penis or rupturing the scrotum.  This is rare, but it can happen.

There are many people who enjoy CBT, and have no problems.  But it is good to be armed with a little knowledge, just in case.
