is it safe to inject water into my penis

Answer
I am not a doctor. I'm going to discourage this. I could be wrong, but I see some issues. There's the issue where everything isn't sterile and you end up with an infection, inside your penis. I don't even want to think about tissue damage if you force too much water into one spot too quickly.
 Really though, I don't know. I would err on the side of caution and ask someone with a medical degree.
