Have you ever heard the story about how some kids put a rubber band around a cat's tail and a week later the tail just falls off? I'm not going to do your homework for you as to how long your penis can go without blood before it starts to die or gets infected, but I think you can look that up. Just follow common sense and make sure you're not cutting blood off to it for too long a period of time.
 If you're not cutting off blood flow, then I can't say that I think it really matters how long you do it. Just use common sense and don't strangle your penis to death.
